Easy-to-use, durable design for safe and trouble-free operation

The IKA TURBOTRON® RKG-00-Bo ATEX is a powerful, explosion-proof, mechanically driven mixer for laboratories, pilot plants and small-scale production. It is used for processing low to medium viscosity liquid mixtures in open vessels. Depending on the process requirements, the mixer can be equipped with interchangeable tools such as propeller, turbine, centrifugal, paddle, anchor or special dissolving accessories.
All parts that come into contact with the product are made of high-quality stainless steel 316L (DIN 1.4404). A rotating shaft guard is available as an option to prevent possible injuries due to careless handling.
The RKG-00-Bo ATEX units are an explosion-proof alternative to the IKA RW 28 digital and RW 47 digital laboratory and pilot plant units. The IKA TURBOTRON® RKG-00-Bo mixers supplied to EU customers are approved for use in hazardous areas 1 (2G), temperature class T3, in accordance with the ATEX 95 directives.
